Katahdin/Barbados Blackbelly
Mabel, our Katahdin, bred with a Barbados Blackbelly, and gave birth 1/12/17. This combination should produce a hearty sheep for any climate with characteristics making them great for meat. They’ll be weened and ready to go early March. $150 for the ewe (white) sold 3/30/17, $125 for the ram (brown) sold, if picked up at our farm; an additional $1.00 per mile if delivered.

Finn/Blueface Leicester (BFL)
We have an unregistered ram whose mother is a Finn and the father is a BFL. Both of those breeds are good wool sheep. Many breeders cross these two for the type of wool produced, which is desired by many spinners. This ram (Forest) is almost ready to leave his mother. $150 picked up at our farm or delivered for an additional $1.00 per mile. Sold
